At this time it is the Company’s policy to not project revenues. Are there other companies or agencies in partnership with Valley Forge?

Yes. Under a grant from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories (LLNL) has partnered with Valley Forge to facilitate commercialization through testing and validation of our Thor LVX Explosives Detection System. Valley Forge has also partnered with the P.N. Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (LPI), the premier physics laboratory in the Russian Federation, to develop the Thor LVX technology. Our company is a member of the United States Industry Coalition, Inc. (USIC) which supports the missions and the goals of the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration's Global Initiative for Proliferation Prevention (IPP). What products are available through Valley Forge?

Valley Forge has two major products in addition to a number of components for use in Satellite Systems. THOR LVX is our Advanced Explosives Detection System. This system penetrates all shielding to detect and identify explosives, nuclear material, chemical and biological agents and narcotics. It is three times faster than current systems and has a detection rate of 99.6%. The expandable database may be tailored to a customer's needs. The ODIN-ULDRIS Personnel Screening System provides near-medical quality imaging of humans or animals. ODIN-ULDRIS allows the screener to detect items such as explosives, weapons, gemstones, bundled currency and ingested items with a high throughput rate of approximately 1000 persons per hour. ODIN-ULDRIS eliminates the need to remove coats and shoes.

What are the likely markets for these products?

Valley Forge's THOR LVX Advanced Explosives Detection System can be used in ports, rail yards, airports, world-wide express cargo facilities, postal facilities, border crossings, military field applications and many other world markets. The ODIN-ULDRIS Personal Screening System may be used in any market requiring personal screening such as schools, government buildings, sporting events, concerts, border crossings, rail stations, ferry terminals and airports. We are currently investigating medical applications as well.

Where will these products be distributed?

Valley Forge intends to sell its products in the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Far East. However, the need for Valley Forge's next-generation detection systems and counter-terrorism technology exists worldwide. Distribution will be based on this need.

The U.S. Department of Energy and Lawrence Livermore National Labs, designated as the "Center of Excellence" for EDS technologies, is currently in the final stages of testing and validation for Valley Forge's Thor LVX Advanced Explosives Detection System. Additionally, ODIN-ULDRIS technology is presently in use in Russia, and is in the final stage of validation for worldwide distribution.
